Closeness and empathy as core values

Since my beginnings as a volunteer in several NGOs I learned that every person is unique. That’s why, at each professional step, my goal has been to understand the circumstances surrounding each story. I have invested in training in various areas of psychology to enrich my sessions with different points of view. This has led my approach to be more eclectic, although the basis of my interventions is the Cognitive-Behavioural approach, in which I specialize.

On a personal note, I love yoga and I’m a big fan of meditation. I rarely say no to a good concert with friends or a movie plan. I consider myself a close and empathetic person—values I appreciate in myself.

Getting to know each other

It’s normal to feel nervous at first. What do I say? How do I start? Where do I begin? What will she think of me? Remember I’m here to help, not to judge.
So take a breath and let everything out just as it flows in your mind—we’ll try to put it in order together. It will make more sense than you think.

Set goals for your process

What do you want to achieve? What do you expect from me? Perhaps overcoming insomnia, ending a toxic relationship, dealing with a job change, accepting the loss of a loved one and working through grief, or exploring the origin of impostor syndrome.

Work during sessions

We’ll work on techniques, tools and strategies, identify your strengths and weaknesses, explore your concerns, look into the causes of your suffering, and identify behavioural and emotional patterns.

Farewell

I won’t leave you on your own—don’t worry. Whenever you like, we can schedule a check-in. But at this point you’ll be able to walk on your own.
