Psychotherapy with adults

Close support and practical tools for your well-being

I mainly work with the adult population. That has always been my vocation, and I specialize in psychotherapy with adults. I accompany both personal growth processes and everyday challenges: overcoming fear of conflict, accepting a breakup, managing chronic stress, strengthening self-confidence, making complex decisions, addressing emotional dependency, fear of changing jobs, reconnecting with your essence, improving self-esteem, and dealing with social difficulties or a tendency toward isolation.

How can I help you?

I work with you from a warm, practical approach so you gain clarity and tools you can apply in your daily life.

1

Relationships and decisions

Fear of conflict, accepting a breakup, difficulties in decision-making, and emotional dependency.

2

Well-being and personal development

Managing chronic stress, building self-confidence, low self-esteem, and reconnecting with your essence.

3

Social life and change

Social difficulties, tendency toward isolation, and fear of changing jobs.

Anxiety and mood

My day-to-day work also includes anxiety and depressive disorders. I help you deal with the fear of a panic attack and depressive symptoms through practical resources such as:

  • Relaxation techniques to reduce arousal and anticipatory anxiety.
  • Desensitization for phobias.
  • Mindfulness to switch off “autopilot” and slow the day-to-day inertia.

How I approach therapy

I don’t like to talk about “controlling anxiety.” I find it more realistic to identify why, when, and how it shows up so you can live with it without limitations. The process is close, respectful, and adapted to your pace, aiming for greater autonomy and well-being in your daily life.

We explore the origin of symptoms to learn how to relate to them and understand what triggers them.
